Wrestling Therapy RETURNS Tonight

Without doubt, the most popular Podcast we do is Wrestling Therapy, which is crazy as it only contains about 25% wrestling talk and the conversation often replicates our real life conversations, which range from anywhere to porn to politics. For those not in the loop, take a look at the example below:

So if you wanna hear a show that will deliver the most diverse 60+ minutes of audio content you’ll hear all week, with a little bit of wrestling sprinkled in, tune into therapy tonight, simply by subscribing to The Dirty Sheets iTunes channel.

For those listening for the first time, as a special treat, we will promise to cover wrestling right off the bat, as we think it would be highly appropriate to spend a decent amount of time talking about Becky Lynch, the No.1 reason to watch wrestling at the moment.

Exclusive: Why Brock Lesnar won the Universal Championship

Last Friday at Crown Jewel, Brock Lesnar defeated Braun Strowman for the WWE Universal Championship.

The reasoning behind this is because the WWE are keen to have The Rock defeat Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania, and do a rematch between the pair in Saudi Arabia in April. However, if they are unable to secure The Rock, it’ll be Braun Strowman who will defeat Lesnar, and finally take his place as the WWE’s top babyface. The seeds for this were clearly sewn last Friday.

If the WWE don’t secure The Rock, it’s not known if Lesnar vs Strowman if the WWE will go back to Ronda Rousey vs Charlotte Flair. However, we can confirm, that the story put out by Dave Meltzer, about Batista vs Triple H being the planned Main Event, is completely FALSE. Whilst the match WAS pencilled in, it was NEVER considered to Main Event ahead of Rousey vs Charlotte or anything involving The Rock.

Despite the fact that Rousey and Charlotte are still set to face at WrestleMania, that match is no longer the preferred Main Event. To find out why, check out our exclusive story by going to:

Why McGregor’s loss was one of sports most satisfying outcomes

On Saturday night, Conor McGregor was comfortably beaten by Khabib Nurmagomedov. In my opinion, Khabib’s victory on Saturday, should rank alongside the achievements of Jesse Owens back in 1936.

For those unfamiliar with Owens, he achieved international fame at the 1936 Summer Olympics in Germany, by winning four gold medals: 100 meters, 200 meters, long jump, and 4 × 100 meter relay. He was the most successful athlete at the Games and, as a black man, he was credited with “single-handedly crushing Hitler’s myth of Aryan supremacy”, although he “wasn’t invited to the White House to shake hands with the President, either”.

The most satisfying thing about the destruction of Conor McGregor was the fact that McGregor is the ultimate modern day symbol of white supremacy. Whereas someone like Donald Trump stands for all the rich powerful white men out there, Conor stands for much less- as he stands for the fact that anything white, even the average white man, is supreme to anything that isn’t.

McGregor has openly mocked every fighter from any other background that wasn’t white- be it colour, beliefs or culture- Conor mocked them all. Floyd Mayweather was called “boy,” a slavery term, whilst his Black security guards were asked to “dance like monkeys,” whilst many others have been humiliated for their Mexican roots. During the build up to this fight, Khabib was called a smelly rat and continually taunted for his religious beliefs- with even his Wife and Father verbally attacked by the foul mouthed McGregor.

It is my firm belief that everyome that supports McGregor stands for those same beliefs, that white is right, and that anyone who isn’t white and doesn’t wholly adhere to the white culture is a second class citizen.

On Saturday night, the great white hope, Conor McGregor, had his vile uneducated racist arse got handed to him by a man who suffered the wrath of Conor’s disgusting antics for months. By the time fight time approached, Khabib was a man who wasn’t just fighting for and standing for his own religion and beliefs- but a man who represented everything and everyone who doesn’t stand for white trash and white supremacy! He was fighting for everyone who’s ever had to endure the feeling of racism or other prejudices.

Conor McGregor got taught a lesson, and showed the world who he really was when he QUIT in round 4, after 3 rounds where he lost every second of the fight.

And in case you haven’t worked it out, supreme humans don’t QUIT like a little bitch!

I would like to congratulate and thank Khabib Nurmagomedov for what he achieved on Saturday night.

Exclusive: Major news regarding WWE’s Fall Season plans

The WWE usually revert to cruise control during the fall season, whilst receiving their customary annual ass kicking from the NFL, however, this year things appear to be very different.

Whilst it has been widely reported that Saudi funding lead to the return of Brock Lesnar and is also likely to lead to the in-ring return of Shawn Michaels, what hasn’t been reported is the fact that Saudi funding will also contribute towards additional appearances by the likes of Michaels, Lesnar, Undertaker and others on TV. This is significantly different from the last Saudi show, when stars like Cena and Undertaker appeared solely on the show, as the WWE have managed to convince their counterparts to financially contribute towards the build up of the show. This will mean that fans will be treated to regular guest appearances throughout the fall.

Michael Jackson issues statement about CM Punk fight

Last night was an incredible experience that I’ll never forget. Let me start by thanking @cmpunk for the opportunity, I’m aware I wouldn’t be here without him. As I’ve said in multiple times, and to the man himself, I have nothing but respect for Phil. He has done something that many would NEVER consider doing; his heart could fill the United Center. As far as the fight, I hit him with some heat and looked to finish the fight in the 1st, but he kept coming. I made the right play and played it smart, knowing the circumstances I was in and what was at stake if I were to lose. As I anticipated, I played the heel coming into Chicago, and looks like I’ll continue being the heel once I’m gone. Many have misinterpreted what I said in my post fight interview with @joerogan, that’s your opinion and I can’t help that. Much respect to Phil, @dukeroufus, and his team at @roufusport. And thank you to @krubobperez, @shonuffstuff, @pjmiletich, and the rest of my team for the preparation leading up to #TruthvsPunk. #UFC225
