Patreon Exclusive: BAD NEWS for Velveteen Dream fans

So Vince McMahon loves the Velveteen Dream- but for all the wrong reasons.

According to our sources, the Dream has reignited a long time Vince McMahon obsession- to create himself a wrestling version of Little Richard. The last guy he tried to do this with was Wildman Marc Mero. Y’all worried yet?

For those not familiar with Little Richard, he is an American recording artist, singer-songwriter and actor, who was an open voyeur and bi-sexual, often performing in drag.

It’s a well known fact that McMahon has always been a fan of the pop music and culture icon, and even invited him to perform at WrestleMania X. Little Richard’s most-celebrated work dates from the mid-1950s when his dynamic music and charismatic showmanship presaged the rise of rock and roll.

Patreon Exclusive: The WWE make contact with AJ Lee

The WWE have made contact with AJ Lee to appear at their upcoming women’s PPV, “Evolution.”

Many will naturally point to the fact that the WWE are only contacting AJ because she conviningly won a poll asking fans who they would like to see at the PPV. However, this could not be further from the truth.

Patreon Exclusive: How the WWE plan to kill the “10” chants

The WWE plan to finally kill Tye Dillinger’s “10” chant in the next few months, as Vince McMahon has become increasingly annoyed with chants.

As many of you will recall, Tye Dillinger was ranked 10th on the SmackDown top 10 list, surprisingly ranking higher than several more high profile and more prominent SmackDown Superstars, such as Rusev, Baron Corbin, Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens. This was done by design, rather than to just have Dillinger predictably ranked at 10.

Sami Callihan Reveals Why He Asked to be Released by WWE

Yesterday I wrote about how mediocrity was a disease within the WWE. People are happy to just receive a paycheck. For one wrestler however mediocrity and a paycheck weren’t enough. Sami Callihan, formally known as Soloman Crowe, was recently interviewed on Interactive Wrestling Radio. In that interview Callihan said the following;

“I don’t think I was a trendsetter. I just was… mediocrity is dead with me. I’m not complacent just sitting around collecting a paycheck. It really didn’t matter about being a trendsetter. I wasn’t going to jsut sit around collecting a paycheck, even though it was a very good paycheck to do nothing. I was ready to go out and show them why hired a 5’7 kid in the first place.”

While I’ve never been the biggest fan of Callihan’s work I am a fan of his attitude. Pro wrestling could use more of it!
